We are seeking a Junior Associate to support our feeder funds and structure charts workstream. This is a remote role based in Brazil. Due to Scissero’s international client base, this role requires availability to work across UK and US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update investment fund structure charts using standardised templates.

• Support feeder and master fund mapping based on legal and fund documentation.

• Review documentation to extract relevant structural, ownership, and entity information.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all deliverables.

• Maintain records within Scissero’s platform and internal systems.

• Perform initial quality checks before senior review.

• Collaborate with team members across UK and US time zones.

• Escalate discrepancies, data gaps, or uncertainties promptly.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• 2 years of experience in finance, law, fund administration, compliance, or related fields.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Comfortable working with charts, diagrams, and structured data.

• Fluent professional-level English (written and spoken).

• (CEFR C2 / IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL iBT 100+ or equivalent proficiency).

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 BRT.

• Ability to operate independently in a contract-based engagement. 

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to asset management, private equity, or fund administration.

• Experience in documentation-heavy or data-driven roles.

• Interest in legal-tech or financial-technology environments.
