She previously worked at Ashurst and Sullivan & Cromwell, advising clients on leveraged finance, capital markets, restructuring, M&A, and other complex transactions. She holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. in History from Yale, and an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge.
