We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide essential legal support by combining your professional experience with our AI-driven platforms to deliver efficient solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Transactional and Commercial Contract Support.

• AI-Assisted Legal Delivery: Utilizing Scissero’s proprietary AI tools to perform initial contract reviews and identify key legal risks for senior review.

• Collaboration with Global Teams: Working alongside our international legal and product teams to ensure consistent delivery of legal services across the APAC region.

• Administrative & Legal Research: Providing research support on regional legal developments and assisting with the maintenance of legal templates.

• Client Coordination: Assisting in the management of project timelines and communications to ensure client requirements are met promptly.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial legal role, such as a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or Junior Associate in an in-house or law firm environment.

• Comfortable using digital tools and a strong interest in learning how AI can enhance legal workflows.

• High level of accuracy in written work and the ability to follow structured legal processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to stakeholder management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global/remote team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Industry Experience: Previous exposure to the financial services or technology sectors.

• Regional Exposure: Basic understanding of contracting norms in Singapore and other APAC jurisdictions.
